Personal relationships and interaction with people in somewhat fleeting and casual relationships can be a source of stress.

A big ticket item that confounds many people and results in undue levels of stress is the failure to sustain healthy relationships with colleagues, business partners, customers, and suppliers.
While many people are brilliant in many things that may benefit themselves and others, I’ve found there are a lot of people who require explanations in how to properly cultivate relationships, at least to the level that impacts cooperation and cohesion.
Being good at what you do is important. Being liked and accepted by your coworkers, colleagues and clients is equally as important. Being likeable increases the chances people are going to want to work with you, which can have a huge impact in your business or career and thus impact your stress levels.
So, what does it take to be a more fascinating, magnetic person? The key is building rapport and cultivating that connection. It’s simple. People must feel good when they are around you. In plain language, it’s important to understand how to get people to like you.
What is your go-to strategy for cultivating relationships?
