Modify Your Mindset

Mindset plays a huge part in determining your level of stress.

In this video I talk about how it’s not just what you think, but how you think that can determine your level of stress.

Hello, I’m The Stress Master,

My name is Ches Moulton.

If you get value from this video…please Give it a “thumbs Up”…and if you’re new here…subscribe to the channel…leave a comment… and please…remember to click the bell so you’ll know when I post more videos designed to help you get control of your stress. Once and for all.

Modifying your Mindset isn’t about thinking that it’s all good, it’s about figuring out how to get from point A to point B.

Indeed, changing your thought processes doesn’t just help you react to bad situations. It can also help you move forward.

The point of it all, of course, is to change the way you behave.

Perhaps you need to change your approach. Maybe you need to work on certain aspects of your performance. Sometimes, more rarely, you might come to the realisation that something in your life just isn’t a good fit for you.

Whatever the solution is, modifying your thought patterns and emotions can help you find it and embrace it.

Becoming more self-aware can help you recognise your strengths and set the right goals.

The ability to think clearly and pragmatically means you’re going to be better able to break down those goals into achievable tasks.

You might want to chat with someone who travelled the pathway ahead of you, or perhaps figure out whether an online course might give you the skills you need, and how to fit it into your schedule.

Whatever it is that trips you up, getting your mind to manage it differently takes time, effort and persistence. Don’t do it alone. Get a coach!

What mindset modifications do you need?
